Where do you deliver?+
We currently only deliver across Pakistan for now and will offer international shipping soon.
How long will my order take to arrive?+
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Local delivery takes 7-10 business days.
How can I track my order?+
Once your order is dispatched, you can track it from order histroy in user setting page.
How much is the shipping cost?+
Shipping fee is on us. We will cover the shipping cost for you.
How to place an order?+
You can place an order by adding the products to the cart and checking out. Please note that you will need to create an account to place an order. After that you will be redirected to the payment page. You can then pay via bank transfer. Once the payment is confirmed, your order will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?+
We accept returns for unused items within 7 days of delivery if there is a manufacturing defect in the product. Items and packaging must be in original condition (unused, unwashed, undamaged).
Do you offer exchanges?+
Yes, exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if there is a manufacturing defect in the product.
What if my product arrives damaged?+
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with images, and we will arrange a replacement. Please note that we will not accept returns for items that are used, washed, or damaged.

Are your products made from pure metals?+
Yes, Raavi products are crafted using high-quality copper and brass, ensuring authenticity and durability.
What is the tin lining on your products?+
A pure tin lining, applied through the traditional process, creates a food-safe, naturally non-stick surface while preserving the superior cooking performance of copper.
Is the cookware non-stick?+
It offers a natural non-stick experience when used correctly, without chemical coatings.
Is seasoning required?+
No seasoning is required. However, proper preheating helps achieve better cooking results.
Does copper need maintenance?+
The exterior can be polished occasionally to maintain its shine, but regular washing after use is sufficient for daily care.
Are your utensils safe for daily use?+
Absolutely. Our products are designed for safe, everyday use and align with traditional wellness practices.
Why do copper and brass change color over time?+
Natural metals develop a patina over time due to oxidation. This is completely normal and part of their character.

How often tin coating needs to be reapplied?+
The tin coating needs to be reapplied every 1-2 years depending on the usage. Please check the care and maintenance page for more information about reapplying the tin coating.
